Coaching Pack
Our Coaching Pack for small business owners focuses on developing strategies and tactics to increase profits for our clients. This involves scheduled face-to-face sessions devoted to business education and developing marketing campaigns, establishing action steps, producing timelines, and crafting succinct messages to be delivered in all verbal communications.
The Coaching Pack has three Key Components that will be utilized to accomplish company objectives: Advisory, Action and Accountability Steps.
The “Advisory” aspect provides clients with helpful tools to increase their competency in areas determined to need support. Advisory material can include topics covered in the Avaunt Advantage Business Basics Manual or related books and materials. We recommend a variety of media to enhance business acumen and benefit long-term business success.
The “Action” portion gives clients specific steps to take after each coaching session to ensure progress. We email clients after each session with a list of the agreed-upon action steps, the point person to accomplish the task, and the date the task will be completed. This is the key to success. Without implementation of the agreed-upon plans there are no measurable results by which we can guage the effectiveness of our coaching services.
“Accountability” is the final piece. While each of our clients retain full authority and responsibility for their business, accountability gives motivation to accomplish agreed-upon tasks. Clients know we will ask about the action steps and remind them of their objectives. Customers say this element is effective by increasing company productivity and bringing satisfaction to their business.
