Strategies and Tactics with Measurable Results
Our Coaching Package for business owners focuses on developing strategies and tactics to increase profits for our clients, moving businesses forward and teaching the business owner new strategies for developing and growing their businesses.
Coaching involves scheduled face-to-face sessions where time will be devoted to business education, developing marketing campaigns, establishing action steps and timelines and crafting succinct messages to be delivered in all verbal communications.
This Coaching Package has three key components that will be utilized to accomplish the agreed upon objectives: Advisory, Action Steps and Accountability.
The “Advisory” aspect is designed to provide our clients with helpful tools to increase their competency in areas of business determined to need support. Advisory material can include topics covered in the Avaunt Advantage Business Basics Manual or other books, materials and CD’s that we recommend to enhance business acumen. We believe this service greatly benefits our client’s long-term business success.
The “Action Step” portion is intended to give our clients specific steps to take after each coaching session to ensure progress is being made through our time spent together. Accordingly, clients will be emailed after each session the agreed upon action steps, point person to accomplish the task and the date the task will be completed. This is the key to success with our clients. Without implementation of the agreed upon plans there can be no measurable results by which we can accurately measure the effectiveness of our coaching services.
“Accountability” is the final piece that provides our clients with the benefit of having someone to whom they give account for their business decisions. While each of our clients retain full authority and responsibility for their business, accountability gives motivation to accomplish agreed upon tasks knowing that we will ask about the action steps and remind the client what was agreed to be done. We have found this element to be very effective for our clients and the increase in productivity for their business brings great satisfaction.
